Where has all the sunshine gone?

Seriously, where did all the glorious sunshine disappear to?  Still, I can't complain, as it was my birthday at the weekend and I am glad to say that I got to enjoy the last of the sunshine with great company and great food!  It is so nice being able to go out to meals with friends and have more than one vegan option to choose from on the menu!!  Yes, things ARE getting better!

Even though things are looking a little gloomy outside, I've just uploaded a quick 5min HIIT video for you, guaranteed to make you feel a little hotter anyway! (LOL).  Feel free to repeat the video a few times or link it with your workout for the day.  Remember, a little bit of something is better than nothing at all.

Last week I had the pleasure of speaking at a health and wellness event organised by Mums & Tea (check out their Instagram account!!).  Being in a room with all those mums and their little ones certainly made me feel broody, but it was great having the chance to answer their nutrition questions - from dealing with fussy eaters to sharing the benefits of a plant based diet.  I also got to share the platform with fellow nutritionists Rhiannon Lambert from Rhitrition and Oge Akinola from Bump N Chic.  If you haven't checked out their work, please head over to their instagram pages as they have a wealth of resources and informative podcasts in the areas of nutrition and weight management.

Do you have any burning nutrition or fitness questions?  If so, do get in touch

We should appreciate the sunshine that we have every day. Not every day is a bright day. Sometimes we have our own dark day, though we don't want it, we still need to face it. God gives us our own dark days to appreciate our sunny and bright days. Every day is a blessing, we just need to look at it in a positive way and appreciate every small good things that happen in our life.
