Whether you are just getting started on your fitness journey or a training for an event, I will work with you to help you achieve your goals. Every session is tailored to you. Training can take place virtually or in person. Short on time? I offer 30 minutes or 1 hour sessions to suit.

On Demand Programmes
10 week Body Transformation Programme: £600 –
A tailored fitness and nutrition programme to help you achieve the fitter body that you deserve. There will be weekly weigh ins and fitness challenges to complete outside of the weekly hourly session. You can choose where you want. There is also an online coaching option for those unable to meet in person, but still need access to high quality support.
When (not if) you achieve your goals set at the beginning of the programme, you get a bonus complimentary session at the end of the programme!
Single PT session: £60 – This session includes programme design but practical support with your trainer to ensure that you are executing the moves safely and effectively.
Group Fitness Classes: If you have a group of 10 people or more and would like a weekly fitness class at your local community hall or workplace, class fee is only £6 per person.
