It is so good to be back on the blog since giving birth to my gorgeous twins in September. Thank you all so much for your well wishes! Although I have my hands full with the babies, I have to say that I have missed sharing fitness challenges with you all! So I am officially back and ready to work out with you.

As a new mum, I appreciate these express workouts now more than ever, so I make sure I pack in a whole load of cardio and toning moves into these 21min challenges and pleased to say that I STILL get results!!!
