It's March and this month we are focusing on moving more! You may have heard it in the news this week that the number of people being diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes in the UK has almost doubled! Now I don't know about you, but that makes me uncomfortable, because one of the BIGGEST things we can do to prevent and manage diabetes (and alot of other health conditions), is to MOVE more and eat better.
So I am in the business of getting people moving, I am challenging EVERYONE to move more in March! That's right, we are at the beginning of a new month, so it's a perfect time to commit to moving more dailly.
So how does the challenge work?
It's simple, for the next 31 days, you are going aim to get up and move more than you did the previous day. Whether it's walking, dancing, cycling or doing any of Inspired By Vu Fitness workouts, I want you to get that heart rate up! Hey, let's not be selfish about it either, as you need to challenge your friends and family too. Whatever you choose, I want you to have fun with it!!
