Believe it or not, but the physical activity recommendations for children under the age of 5 is 3hrs a day! Yep, so not too much of the old "TV Babysitter". Older children should be aim for at least 60mins per day and adults at least 150 active minutes per day. So the bottom line is, we all could do with a bit more movement!
