Are you feeling inspired?
It's always good to be able to relate things back to our own lives and challenges we have set your ourselves. Whether it's our plan to drop a dress size, be more committed with our training or watching our nutritional intake - there are no short cuts! It takes effort on our part, but I have learnt over the years that if we change our attitude towards the journey of becoming the better versions of ourselves, its a whole lot better than taking each day with doom and dread!!
