The Summer is officially here and I am loving it!! Since having my twins 9 months ago, it has been a challenge to find the time to film and edit videos for the channel. However, I am pleased to share that the videos are BACK and we are kicking of the summer fitness series by focusing on the abs and arms! Now these challenges are only 5 minutes, so the goal is to do a few rounds of the videos or to add it to your workouts that you are already doing.
There is strength in numbers, so don't do these challenges on your own!! Share them (and SUBSCRIBE to the InspiredByVu You Tube channel) with your family and friends, so that they can be looking good in their summer outfits too (LOL).
