Seriously, where did all the glorious sunshine disappear to? Still, I can't complain, as it was my birthday at the weekend and I am glad to say that I got to enjoy the last of the sunshine with great company and great food! It is so nice being able to go out to meals with friends and have more than one vegan option to choose from on the menu!! Yes, things ARE getting better!
Even though things are looking a little gloomy outside, I've just uploaded a quick 5min HIIT video for you, guaranteed to make you feel a little hotter anyway! (LOL). Last week I had the pleasure of speaking at a health and wellness event organised by Mums & Tea (check out their Instagram account!!). Being in a room with all those mums and their little ones certainly made me feel broody, but it was great having the chance to answer their nutrition questions - from dealing with fussy eaters to sharing the benefits of a plant based diet.
