I have really been increasing my water intake over the past few weeks, as I am training more intensely for my marathon. I suffered a horrible migraine as a result of dehydration during training and water has been my BEST friend ever since!! But honestly, drinking 3 litres of "naked" water gets a little boring after a while. That was until I was introduced to Water Infusion!!
This really isn't a new concept at all, but basically you can add your favourite fruit or herbs to your water to give it that vitamin boost and just make it more appealing to drink!!
I grew up on drinking water infused with lemon and ginger in the morning to help with a cold or a sore throat. Actually my kids just love drinking it as their "morning cup of tea", which makes a change from the overwhelming fruit/high juice on the market!!
