Happy Tuesday all!! 
It is so good to be back on the blog since giving birth to my gorgeous twins in September.  Thank you all so much for your well wishes!  Although I have my hands full with the babies, I have to say that I have missed sharing fitness challenges with you all!  So I am officially back and ready to work out with you.

This weeks challenge is a Halloween inspired workout.  Click on the poster to the left to download your own copy of this weeks moves. Remember the goal is to repeat the challenge at least 5-6 days a week.  

As a new mum, I appreciate these express workouts now more than ever, so I make sure I pack in a whole load of cardio and toning moves into these 21min challenges and pleased to say that I STILL get results!!!  
So what are you waiting for?   Put on your favourite Halloween tunes and get started with this weeks challenge!

How was your halloween-inspired workout? I love the idea that you make several twists to your work out routines so that it will be more interesting. That is a smart and fun way to motivate yourself to do better and to push for your self-improvement. If such way works on you well, then better stick with it! Sometimes, we have our own unique ways of motivating ourselves that only us can understand. By the way, I am excited for your Christmas-inspired work out routines!
