It is time to get our jab-cross on!! Boxercise is a great cardio workout where you get to learn all of the effective boxing techniques and footwork minus the bruises and gum shields! Today's variation on the Stairs workout has a Boxercise twist. So let's get ready to rumble!!
The Stairs Workout 3 (Feel free to play Joe Esposito's "You're the best around" in the background!!)
Run up and down the stairs 10 times
30 Alternating Front Kicks
Run up and down the stairs 8 times
30 Jab, Cross combo (in a squat position)
Run up and down the stairs 6 times
30 Hook and squat combo
Run up and down the stairs 4 times
30 Back kick and squat combo
Run up and down the stairs 2 times
30 Side kicks and squat combo
Run up and down the stairs once
30 Jab,cross,hook combo
Run up and down the stairs once
30 Crunches and Punches! (Sit ups and jab, cross combo)
Don't forget to stretch at the end and let me know how you get on. If you are unsure how to do any of the moves, just type the moves into Google or You Tube for pictures and videos.Remember all of these moves can be modified to be made harder or easy - so there are ZERO excuses!!!
