Summer of Sport

What a summer of sport we have had so far!!  The intensity of the para athletic and world championships certainly got me hooked over the last few weeks, hence the lack of blog posts.  We certainly saw a number of Jekyll and Hyde moments during the championships, but whatever side of the fence you are on the argument, there are no short cuts to becoming a world champion and what we see on the track is the result of years of hard work, committment and character building to be able to let it all out on the track.

Are you feeling inspired?

It's always good to be able to relate things back to our own lives and challenges we have set your ourselves.  Whether it's our plan to drop a dress size, be more committed with our training or watching our nutritional intake - there are no short cuts!  It takes effort on our part, but I have learnt over the years that if we change our attitude towards the journey of becoming the better versions of ourselves, its a whole lot better than taking each day with doom and dread!!

nks for sharing the article, and more importantly, your personal experience mindfully using our emotions as data about our inner state and knowing when it’s better to de-escalate by taking a time out are great tools. Appreciate you reading and sharing your story since I can certainly relate and I think others can to
