Summer Fitness Series - Week 4
So this is the last video in our 4-part summer fitness series and I have to say, I have really enjoyed getting back on camera and making more fitness videos. I will be sharing in a later blog how I managed to lose all my baby weight, but trust me, these bitesized workouts definitely played a key part in all of that.
