 What better way to round up an amazing year of fitness challenges with.....a DANCE CHALLENGE!!! Dancing is by far one of my favourite ways to keep fit and I had a great time teaching Dance HIIT & Tone during lockdown. You don't need to be Michael Jackson to enjoy dancing. As we say in Zumba "let the music move you". So I have put together 7 easy dance combos for you to do as a Dance HIIT challenge. The video below gives you a preview of each of the moves. Each moves lasts for 1min, so you have more than enough time to master the moves and make it your own.
