How the challenge works:
All you need to do is follow the moves from the fitness advent calendar. There is only ONE move each day, but you need to perform 100 repetitions. Now you can do it all in one go, or break them up throughout the day. I have chosen moves that we should be familiar with, as we have used them in workouts that we have done throughout the year (so if in doubt with any of the moves, just google them or watch some of my You Tube videos :-) ).
What if I need modifications?
All of the moves in the challenge can be modified, so you can do them all standing instead if you can't get on the floor, or you can ramp it up and add weights to make it more intense. The goal is for you to have a little fun with it. Listen, I am tagging all my family and friends! No Christmas cards from me (LOL), we ALL can do this.
The motto of Inspired By Vu is "100% results and ZERO excuses". It really is a mantra that I live by and share, because it keeps me on track to achieving the outcomes that I want and not be limited by excuses that could weigh me down.
