Fruit and vegetables are full of vitamins and minerals that our bodies need to that we can be efficient and fit for life! On my MFM days, I love starting my day with a fruit medley or just whizzing everything up in a blender and making a smoothie. For lunch, Plantain Salad and for dinner -roasted vegetables with a side of guacamole and spicy salsa!!
