What happens now?
Well juicing will continue, but you can now incorporate a healthy solid meal in the evening. This a great way to slowly get your digestive system back in gear. It doesn’t have to be a fully raw meal, but try to have half a plate of a nutritious raw salad.

This tropical fruit is rich in vitamin C and totally tastes as sweet as it smells! Its lovely yellow, juicy flesh is packed with an array of nutrients including; folic acid, beta-carotene, potassium, iodine, magnesium and calcium.
