Omg!!Today's recipe is one of my new favourites! I was inspired by my daughters love of the many shades of purple and this juice tasted like a dessert in a cup!!
Ingredients
Blueberries
Banana (optional)
strawberries
pineapple
Peeled cucumber (didn't want the green to affect the colour!!)
mango
Nutmeg
water
Ice
I wanted to show feature blueberries as they are packed with antioxidants and have been known to help protect against heart disease, some cancers, and improve our memory. Have a little play with the recipe and let me know how you are getting on.

p.s Don't forget to stay hydrated with water also!! It is an important part of the challenge too, so make sure you are having a cup or two each hour.
