June juicing challenge - Day 2

 I hope you are still feeling energised and ready for day 2.  I have to say, I was so enthusiastic about the cleanse that I really didn't have time to stop and think about not eating my daily plantain crisps addition!! 

Today's juice inspiration comes from Dr Juice!! (im serious!!).  I was passing by the local supermarket and I saw one of these new organic juice booths near work. Obviously I had to stop by and have a chat with the owner!!
I told him all about the blog I was writing and I asked if he would be willing to share one of his favourite recipes.   So I present to you Tropical Paradise!!


Tropical Paradise

In a juicer or blender, add the following ingredients

Passion fruit
Green Apple
Ginger
Pineapple
Lemon
Ice

OMG!!!!!!!  I absolutely LOVED this blend!! It hit the spot so much that as you can see from the picture, I had finished half of the cup!!  It was definitely worth the money and I really feel like I have been given an injection of energy!!
