Wow it feels like it has been a lifetime since my last post! I have been super busy delivering new workshops, working with new clients and developing the Inspired by Vu brand behind the scenes!
Well this month's challenge is a nice one to ease us into autumn. The transition from summer into winter is often the point where some of us slip into bad habits. Forgetting all the hard work we put in place to build a bikini ready body and secretly drift into wearing more layers to mask the impact of too many BBQ's and summer sweet treats!!
So how does the Back to School Challenge work?
All I want you to do, is introduce a healthy habit that you can start from today. Perhaps it's going vegan for one of your daily meals, ditching the salt shaker and cooking salt free, or aiming for 10,000 steps a day. Whatever you choose, make sure that you can track your progress and it is something that is going to keep you on your toes! Remember, we are going back to school, which means back to our routine and being ready to learn.
Now although this month's challenge looks super easy, I want to prepare you for the challenges ahead. So Monday's post will focus on what I call 'back to school bullies'.
