...No not the scary movie, but a killer exercise for those core muscles!
Start out on your back and pull your belly button towards your spine
Use your stomach muscles to lift your legs a few inches off the floor. You also want to lift your head and shoulders off the mat at the same time.
The goal is to maintain this position for up to a minute!! You might be shaking alot on your first attempt, but just gradually build up the time and you will be fine.
