One Track Plank workout!!!
In the picture, you can see that I am holding a full plank, but for an easy modification, you can put your knees on the floor, but just remember to pull your belly button towards your spine (so imagine you are wearing a tight pair of jeans and you are holding everything in to look good in a picture!! LOL!) and breathe!!!
Fellow trainer Cassey Ho from Blogilates.com has a KILLER plank marathon, so check out her video and incorporate some of her modifications in your One Track Plank workout. Remember the key to this workout is to maintain that tight corset for as long as possible, so if you have to vary your position to do that, then do so SAFELY!!
