Today's fitness treat is a classic video by Personal Trainer to the stars - Gunnar Peterson! Now I remember buying this workout series some years ago when I needed to get serious about strengthening my lower back. Since having two children, my lower back has given me a few issues over the years and following an effective core training programme really helped me to be more conscious about my posture, form and technique when going general activities throughout the day.
If you don't have a swiss/exercise ball, I would thoroughly recommend it!! You can do a million and one exercises on these bad boys and simply sitting on automatically causes you to engage the muscles of the core to stay balanced. In fact, most of my blog posts have been written, whilst sitting on one of these!!
