100 squat challenge - This is a great exercise for giving your butt a lift and toned thighs.
I'm going to be nice and let you space these out throughout the day. So that means you can do some whilst you are waiting at the printers, at the bus stop or warming your lunch in the microwave. You get the idea - you can perform squats anywhere!!
