Happy hump day!!
Today we are going to be having a go at one of my favourite martial arts inspired workouts - Taebo!! Taebo was created by Billy Blanks, who has a black belt in karate and he combines his martial arts moves with boxing and dance elements into this highly effective workout. Although his workout videos launched in 1998, his Taebo classes have been around since 1982 and are STILL going strong!! Now that's what I call a legend!!
I love the fact that Taebo is not just about the kicks and boxing moves, but to empowering people to change from the inside out to obtain total well-being, stronger families, and stronger communities (Yep! That's all in their mission statement!!).
