This weekend has been a great one for networking! Saturday was Curlvolution and Sunday was all about meeting Cassey Ho from Blogilates.com!!
Cassey is one of my favourite You Tube fitness instructors who has such a fun and dynamic way of delivering her style of pilates - Pop Pilates since 2009.
Having taught a range of different fitness styles over the years, I never quite took to pilates or yoga, as the instructors literally made me fall asleep!! However, when I was introduced to Cassey's workouts, she definitely added her personality as well as some pretty intense moves!!
Cassey certainly has been an inspiration to my kids who love her gymnastic or dance inspired videos, so they were very pleased when they got to strike a poser with her!
It was great to actually participate in one of her classes in the flesh, as she regularly uploads her quickie workouts but boy, did we get a total body workout.
