Happy New Month!  We are in full swing of the summer holidays and for some of you (including me!!), you might be at the point in the holiday where you are running out of activities to do together as a family.  Well I have put together a calendar of 31 active ideas that you CAN all do. Most of them are FREE, so that is a huge bonus too.  Simply click on the picture below and download your copy.

Believe it or not, but the physical activity recommendations for children under the age of 5 is 3hrs a day!  Yep, so not too much of the old "TV Babysitter".  Older children should be aim for at least 60mins per day and adults at least 150 active minutes per day.  So the bottom line is, we all could do with a bit more movement!

This podcast is the only thing that allows me to listen to the teachings of the Lord. I do not really have a lot of time on my hands, so I always just go and listen to this podcast. I know that it is not enough to just listen to this, but this is all that I can do for now. I hope that I can go and serve the Lord again. I am working hard for my future, but I will never forget about God.
