A time to be thankful!

Happy Thanksgiving to my American family and friends!! Whilst we may not celebrate thanksgiving in the UK, there is definitely one American tradition that has taken the world by storm....BLACK FRIDAY!!  Yep, I am sure you haven't missed all the Black Friday promotions that have flashed up all over your phones, TV's etc.  Whilst I love me a bargain or two, let's remember that we don't need to spend thousands of pounds to show love during the holidays and as much as they say "this offer won't last", just give it a few weeks and there will be another sale! (LOL).

So on to this weeks fitness challenge!  We are going to be doing a 21min Lunge Challenge!!  The Lunge is a classic fitness move which works all those muscles in the lower body.  There's no jumping in this weeks challenge (purely because I wanted to get through this challenge without waking up the babies!!), but you will be surprised about how much of a cardio workout you will be getting during these 21 minutes!  N.B  DEFINITELY STRETCHING WILL BE REQUIRED AFTERWARDS!! (Don't say I didn't warn you when you start feeling those sore muscles a few days later! LOL!!)

If you believe that you can do it, stars will surely align and will let you do things that you want to do! I believe that you are utmost capable of surviving the 21min Lunge Challenge. It may not be for the newbie but you've been doing this for a lot of years already that's why there's no doubt that you cannot do it. You could have posted a video on how you did that because I am pretty sure many people who follow you here will be inspired by the video.
