So on to this weeks fitness challenge! We are going to be doing a 21min Lunge Challenge!! The Lunge is a classic fitness move which works all those muscles in the lower body. There's no jumping in this weeks challenge (purely because I wanted to get through this challenge without waking up the babies!!), but you will be surprised about how much of a cardio workout you will be getting during these 21 minutes! N.B DEFINITELY STRETCHING WILL BE REQUIRED AFTERWARDS!! (Don't say I didn't warn you when you start feeling those sore muscles a few days later! LOL!!)
