Today's move is a fusion of a lunge and squat which targets the butt and inner thighs.
How to: Start off standing tall and then take your leg out to the side and lower down into a squat. Reverse the move and repeat on the other side. Too easy? jump up instead of standing in between side squats and increase the tempo to make it a cardio move.
