This is a yoga-inspired move that is great for improving balance, coordination and posture.
How to : Start off standing tall with your arms out in front of you. Begin to lean forward (as if you are taking a bow) and lift one leg off the floor straight out behind you. Take your time whilst you are in this hold, else you will end up tipping over!! Slowly reverse the move and repeat on the other leg.
Now you: Hold this pose for 10-20 seconds on each leg. If you are wobbling around then lower your leg, but the aim is to keep it off the floor. You can also adjust your arm positions to make it easy; either out like an aeroplane or by your hips.
