So we are back with another kicking move for you!
How to: Start off with your guard up standing upright. Lean forward with your knees slightly bent and pick up your kicking leg off the floor and drive it towards an imaginary target behind you. Reverse the move and repeat on the other side.
Now you: Try doing as many back kicks in 3 minutes! The back kick is supposed to be one of the most powerful, so I want some energy behind each kick!!
