Are we at the end of the 40 Days of Fitness series already?? It has been fun sharing various fitness moves to build into your existing routine. You have more than enough to put together your own HIIT (high intensity interval training) workouts .
Now I would like to challenge you to go a little further and sign up for a fitness challenge of your choice. Perhaps it's a completing the Insanity workout, mastering the headstand, completing a 5k walk/jog/run, or The London to Brighton bike ride! Whatever you choose, embrace the challenge and prepare for it!
One of my greatest fitness challenges I have completed was the London Marathon! Growing up, I used to watch runners pass by at mile 8, spotting celebrities, costumes and friends on the course. So to experience that on the other side was emotional!
We probably could come up with a thousand reasons not to commit to a challenge- time, cost, motivation.....However, given the range of activities out there, there's nothing stopping you but you.
