How to: Start off by laying flat on your mat and arms by your side. Extend one leg up. Now lift your head and shoulders (keep your chin down) and perform mini crunches as you alternate your legs (so the L-stance always remains with the legs).
You can support your head with your arms if you are finding this tricky.
Now you: This is a perfect song challenge exercise and goes well with Bruno Mars' Uptown Funk (go faster on the chorus if you can!!)
You will certainly feel your abs by the end of this one!
