How to: Start off on one end of your mat, with your opposite arm and leg making contact with the floor. Your aim is to leap to the other side of your mat and repeat the move with your other arm and leg making contact with the floor.
Too easy? Squat lower into your starting and finishing position to really challenge the thigh muscles. Too challenging? start off with your arm in front of you as opposed to the floor.
Now you: Perform as many as you can in 1-minute, take a 10-sec break and repeat 2 more times.
