I love this boot camp inspired move! Definitely a great one for working the whole body!
How to : Start off in a low squat position with your hands on the floor. Jump into a plank position and spring back into your starting position. Try to maintain an even plank (no peaking bottoms!). If the jump into the plank is too hard, you can modify the move by walking your legs out and in one at a time.
Now you: See how many you can do in 60 seconds. Have a 10 second break and repeat 2 more times.
