How to : Start off with your guard up , feet shoulder width apart and knees slightly bent. Leading with your right arm, squat low and twist your torso towards the left corners of the room. Follow through with your fist going upwards (imagine you have an opponent in front of you and you are aiming for their chin). Reverse the move and repeat on the other side.
Keep your elbows close to the body just like in previous punches.
