March 5th is World Book Day and to mix things up in this series, I wanted to throw in some mental fitness challenges for you! Reading does wonders for our psychological wellbeing! I find that a good book sets me up for a good nights sleep and is a great for reducing stress (I'm not referring to revision/exam prep reading either!!).
Even the libraries are helping to keep our nation health by promoting "books on prescription" and other self help material! So there is no getting away from the key health and fitness matters. Remember, the mind is a terrible thing to waste, so lets fill up with a healthy mind for a fitter body!!
