I have had quite a few requests for some quickie workouts. So I am sharing my 2 Minute Fitness Challenge. We are going to be working our legs, arms and abs. Last week I shared the first video on Twitter and Facebook, which was the 2 minute legs challenge, so if you missed that one, I will link the video below, but this week, we are working our arms!
We have been hiding our arms in blazers, hoodies and jumpers for a while and to be fair, we are still going to do that now with all this rain. HOWEVER, at least when it's time to do the big reveal when the sun comes out, we can wear those strapless dresses and short sleeve shirts with confidence!
There are just 4 moves and each move lasts for 30 seconds. You can use weights, but they are completely optional. I'd love to know how you got on, so please do share your comments and get your friends involved! Let's share this fitness love!!
